1) General:

The contract is concluded with Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH, Brandweg 20, 8971 Schladming, Austria. Deviating provisions are only valid if mutually agreed upon, expressly, and in writing. Only persons 18 years of age and older are authorized to purchase in our online shop.

2) Conclusion of Contract, Payment, and Delivery:

The vouchers offered on the hotel website or voucher webshop represent a non-binding and subject-to-contract purchase offer. The prices stated include any applicable statutory sales tax. Ordering a voucher online constitutes a binding purchase offer by the customer, which Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH is entitled to accept within 48 hours by sending an order confirmation via email, thereby concluding a purchase contract. If no order confirmation is received within the aforementioned period, the purchase offer is deemed rejected, and no purchase contract is concluded. After receipt of the payment due under the concluded purchase agreement, the purchased vouchers will be sent by Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH. To save on shipping costs, purchased vouchers can also be paid for by credit card or Sofort Überweisung (instant bank transfer). In this case, the vouchers will be sent free of charge via email and printed by the customer. No liability is assumed for any delay in delivery. If the voucher ordered online has already been sent to the customer before the payment due has been received or credited to Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH, the voucher will not be valid until full payment has been received, and Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH is entitled to withhold the services covered by the voucher until full payment of the payment due has been made.

3) Vouchers

With online vouchers, please note that Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH sends them to the customer with a forgery-proof code. Since the customer can print the voucher themselves, multiple prints are possible, but only one print is relevant to the value and can be redeemed. The first voucher redeemed in the INCERT voucher management system with the corresponding barcode is considered the original and must be debited by Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH immediately after redemption. Should further vouchers with the same code appear, this constitutes misuse, which will result in criminal prosecution. Since a voucher can be passed on or given away, Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH has no obligation or ability to verify the redeemer's ownership rights. Upon redemption, it is only checked whether the corresponding barcode has actually been released by the system and whether the corresponding voucher has actually been paid for. Lost vouchers will not be replaced. Vouchers cannot be returned for cash. If the value of the voucher exceeds the service consumed, a new voucher with the remaining value will be generated. In such a case, there is no entitlement to a cash payment for the remaining voucher amount. Accommodation vouchers are exclusive of accommodation tax and are issued for the cheapest season. They can also be redeemed on-site during other seasons for an additional charge. Prices refer to the year of issue; additional payment is possible upon redemption at a later date. Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH is not obligated to accept unpaid vouchers as payment. For operational reasons, the services listed on the voucher can only be provided or guaranteed by the establishment if a corresponding and timely reservation has been made. The service described in the voucher may vary slightly depending on the circumstances, but must not represent a significant reduction in value for the guest. Should Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH be forced to close or cease operations for any reason, the online vouchers will expire without compensation. This also applies if the establishment verifiably changes ownership. In such a case, Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH, as the original issuer of the vouchers, cannot be relied upon.

4) Validity, Period of Validity:

Vouchers do not have an expiration date and can be redeemed at any time. All other vouchers can be redeemed upon prior request and subject to availability and are valid for one year from the date of issue stated on the voucher. Each voucher can only be redeemed once, which is ensured by a barcode or voucher number associated with the voucher.

5) Cash redemption, invoicing:

Cash redemption of the voucher or the value securitized with itThis is not possible. A VAT-compliant invoice with the corresponding proof of tax can only be issued at the time the voucher is redeemed and the service is actually provided.

6) Security guarantee, data protection:

Your security is our highest priority! Therefore, when paying by credit card, data such as credit card number, bank routing number, account number, name, and address are transmitted via certified payment providers using their secure SSL connection, in compliance with PCI guidelines. This prevents unauthorized persons from reading your entered data during transmission over the internet. To ensure additional security in the voucher shop, we implement a number of additional security measures. Your information is processed by us using automated means. Based on the general terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive promotional information from Hotel Schröckerhof GmbH. This data will not be passed on to third parties.

7) Exchange, Right of Withdrawal:

Since the vouchers are a digital service that is executed immediately and made available via download or print@home, the otherwise provided 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

8) Place of Jurisdiction:

All contractual relationships are subject exclusively to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is the Regional Court of Leoben.
